What Nightcap is

A private tool for two consenting adults to keep track of favors and treats between them. It is for personal use, not commercial use.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.

Points

• Points have no cash value.
• They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
• They are not a promise anyone can enforce except the two of you.

Your part

You are responsible for what you enter. Don't use the app to harass or pressure anyone. Either partner can leave or delete their account at any time.

The service

Nightcap is provided as is, without warranty. ITP 360 LLC may change or discontinue it with notice in the app.
